“Hello, I’m Sonila, a passionate leader, coach, and educator deeply entrenched in the world of biohacking & wellness. Graduating with my BSc from the University of Windsor in 2007 and currently pursuing an MSc in Business Administration, my 17-year nursing journey, specializing in pediatric and fetal cardiology at SickKids Hospital, has fueled my commitment to research and education. Recognized by SickKids and the University of Toronto’s Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing as a valued preceptor, I take pride in significantly contributing to clinical education.
My journey into the realm of medical aesthetics, marked by training from THMA Consulting, has solidified my dedication to championing wellness and beauty. I firmly believe in aligning products and lifestyle choices to support not just external beauty but also the delicate balance of mind, body, and spirit. As a mother of four, I understand the delicate dance of balancing a thriving career with family and an active lifestyle.
